Essentials Sales Operations Salesforce Analyst
We are looking for an outstanding individual to join Prologis Essential’s Sales Operations team.
The Sales Operations Salesforce Analyst is responsible for the daily salesforce support for the sales teams, leadership team and operational staff for all sales and account related data and information in salesforce. This role ensures sales data integrity, sales process efficiencies, sales process and salesforce training across the sales organization. The Sales Operations Salesforce Analyst leads the development, implementation, maintenance and distribution of all salesforce reporting and dashboards as inspired, directed and requested across all levels and areas of the sales organization for account management and territory data, opportunity, activity and campaign data and all contract record data integrity and reporting. This role is also responsible for Tableau CRM dashboard and report management.

Salesforce.com reporting expertise and ability to acquire command of custom salesforce functionality is essential to effective, accurate and reliable data management which is critical to this role.
What’s needed in order to do that:
  • Go-to salesforce resource for assistance, troubleshooting, problem-solving and one-off requests related to all sales data and reporting for the sales leadership and sales teams (30+ sales reps)
  • Direct and maintain sales salesforce database integrity including normalizing and reconciling data disparities and duplication, integrating legacy company data points, identifying and recommending database required fields and values and by designing, creating and managing checks and balances to monitor sales data entry for accuracy especially in sales territory management and revenue forecasting
  • Design, develop and maintain effective, standard, consistent salesforce reporting and dashboards for sales leadership, sales teams and sales verticals essential to driving revenue growth and sales success
  • Conduct analysis and deliver trends and informative actionable directives to sales team as informed by salesforce and sales data
  • Support sales and leadership teams with account, product and sales research requests including complex, detailed execution of territory assignments, contract record management and salesforce cases to save sales teams time and create efficient, consistent and timely communications for other business teams
  • Manage and maintain sales tools, including CRM, sales effectiveness platforms, and other sales-related applications
  • Lead discussion with cross-functional teams to reach consensus on future state business process design, and from those discussions, write well-defined process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and quality measures for the features to be released within each release
  • Collaborate with sales operations to define and document sales processes and workflows
  • Develop and implement best practices to optimize sales tool utilization and effectiveness
  • Provide training and support to sales team members on sales tools and their functionalities
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance efficiency
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor sales tool usage and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track sales tool-related metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales operations, IT, and sales management, to understand business requirements and align sales tools accordingly
  • Manage and maintain territories, including methodology, design, and assignment process
  • Tighten up our weekly forecasting cadence to provide better insights back to our Sales team, across GTM Leadership, and to our partners in Finance
  • Establish a harmonized end-to-end process vision & roadmap for sales effectiveness by fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure understanding of business drivers and strategy
  • Manage process design complexity by balancing multiple stakeholders with conflicting needs and provide recommendations and decisions on business process design and implementation requirements
  • Develop metrics and visualizations to help business owners and stakeholders understand the current state of established processes and to identify gaps and areas of opportunity

  • 1+ years of experience
  • Salesforce Administrator & Einstein Analytics (TableauCRM) expertise, experience and knowledge is required (certification is preferred)
  • Exceptional salesforce reporting and dashboard expertise to meet sales leaders needs
  • Highly motivated self – starter with ability to work independently and under tight deadlines, prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and engaged a diverse sales and sales leadership teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to document clear, concise instructional process and how-to instructions and reference manuals
  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft suite and ability to self-teach helpful salesforce apps
  • Understanding of Real Estate, material handling and supply chain logistics is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or other related experience
Hiring Salary Range of $78,000-$108,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
